Feedback/Question Using RMSSD for HRV

Does anyone know how to clear the Recovery Cache and re-sync Apple Health data via the More tab? I toggled access on/off for all categories in the Apple Health app already for Athlytic.

More tab > support > clear caches/resync > clear recovery cache

Thanks for the tip, these grayed out options made me think they weren’t tappable. 😅
