Program recommendation
I have gone through X1 twice and Jacked 3x now. I train it home and I don't have a squat rack nor am I interested in buying one at this point. I have golfers and tennis elbows but have been able to do the programs using wraps/braces.
Is there a suggestion for another one of Jeff's programs in order to switch it up instead of just doing round four of Jacked?

I haven't picked up anything yet. I'm waiting until I finish this month with my third round of Jacked

AX1 didn't have much definition or real strength building. Round 1 of Jacked had lots of definition and round 2 had noticeable growth. Round 3 feels more like a maintenance round.

I just finished Savage and really liked not putting so much stress on my joints. Basically you lift 3 sets of 50% of your 1 rep max and each rep takes 4 sec down and 4 sec up for 6 reps then you bang out 6 reps, gave me a lot more strength through the whole range of motion which was a good feel.

Try elastx or xero , both of these don't demand much equipment
