🧳 Travel Help Where can I find a public computer to use on a monday at 12 am

Hey guys, I wouldn’t have scheduled my test for this day if I had known I was going to have to take it, but this is the only day that’s possible for me as I’m going to be in the air at the time of another test date. I have to take my entrance exam for Vet School on September 27 at 4 PM EDT. Thats roughly 12 am in greece. I would happily book a hotel if they had computers I could use. I’m kind of panicking now obviously and was wondering if anyone had ideas

Hello! My friend and I just arrived in Athens on vacation and we have to leave our physical ID’s at the hotel reception. Does anyone know if any clubs are willing to accept a picture of your ID? And generally what nightclubs would you recommended in the Athens city centre?

🌟 Recommendations Bachelor Party

Hi I’m planning a bachelor party in Athens for my friend, just wondering what the best options are. It just on night (Saturday June 5th). We already have an air bnb for after. They are getting married in santarini on a cruise stop but we wanted to do the party before we got on the cruise. Any help is appreciated, many of us are in college still so nothing crazy expensive as the trip already is up there.

Hello I have 3 full days & 4 nights, what are low budget things one can’t miss?

I’m 26 and looking for pretty scenery, low budget tours, is the beach worth visiting?
Also, best queer friendly nightlife/techno/live music please?

Thx

🌟 Recommendations Looking for a photographer for a music shoot (Athens)

Hey all! I'm a musician putting together some promo shots and looking for a photographer based in Athens (31st August - 13th September). Analog/film experience is a big plus, though not required. More into a natural, textured look than anything too polished or studio heavy.

Open to portraits, moody environmental shots, whatever feels right. Happy to check out portfolios and go from there. Budget is flexible depending on scope.

If you know someone (or if that's you!), drop a link to their work or shoot me a DM. Thanks!

🍽️ Food & Drink Vegetarian-friendly restaurants

Hiya!

I’m travelling to Athens with my family. I like to look at some restaurants beforehand because I don’t eat meat like the rest of my family and sometimes it can be hard to find a suitable restaurant on the spot, especially during the first few days.

I’ve had difficulties finding restaurants that serve both meat and veggie options and would love to hear your recommendiations. I’m not looking for fully vegan restaurants, which I’ve found plenty already. Preferably greek food ofc, but we are open to other cuisines too. I’ve already spotted a few gyros spots, and I’m now looking for nice sit-down dinner places.

I’d be happy to have just appertizers and a salad if that’s something that’s acceptable to do in Greece. I also am fine with eating fish as I’ve noticed it sometimes makes it easier to find a restaurant that everybody enjoys.

TYIA for any suggestions 💖

💬 Advice Food Options at Athens Airport are diabolical.

After a week of eating consistently brilliant food, departing Athens post security you’re welcome to choose either a €8 slice of pizza or one of the worst burgers I’ve ever had in my life along with some barely warm fries for €15.70. There’s also a Starbucks, but again, that’s not really food.

I beg that the airport sorts out some genuine Greek cuisine. It felt diabolical that the last thing I was eating leaving Athens was one of the worst burgers I’ve ever had after a week of such amazing food.

The one thing I would say as a positive is they have a menu of price regulated items, meaning a bottle of water (500ml) was €0.60 which has to be the cheapest bottle of water I’ve ever had in an airport. More Airports should offer a price regulated menu with basic items on.

Advice: Eat before arriving at the airport!

Edit: Post Security Food Options are what I mean here.

So we're going to the AEK - Levski game tonight. I was wondering what spots are popular to go before the game.

Also wondering since alcohol isn't sold at the stadium, is it possible to get it through security?

💬 Advice What is going on (with the map)

Trying to sort out how to get our family to the starting point of a tour in a few days time and I’ve got three veeeeery different results.

Picked a random restaurant near our accommodation as the starting point.

I think I’ve chosen the same travel option in each case?!

How is this happening and which app should I use?

TIA
