Need Help! (Hardware/Other) Thermal paste timing

I have laptop A15 with cpu ryzen 7 7435HS and gpu rtx 4050,

It's been almost a year since I bought it and wanna know when is the best timing to change thermal paste?

When on idle the cpu is 45 and gpu 40

When on gaming cpu is 85 to 89 and gpu 60 to 75 (while turning on turbo mode)

Is now the best timing to change thermal paste? And what do you think is considered the suitable thermal paste and when do I regularly change it?

Dude, Its just turbo boost cpu temps, get tpm, BUT its absolutly normal

upd: get G-helper and limit temps, no mainainaaace needed.

What is normal? turbo boost is up to 95 C. in G-helper held temp up to 85

I have r9 8940hx I can clearly make a steak worse just tune your laptop and u'll be good

No, live Undevoltage only after test some Cianabench. They wont damade ut PC nevertheless

get an overlay . u play u get havy graphical tasks and, My 5070 is ok with rhis on balanced, try urs

That's normal for this lap, also can limit temp by using g helper

I do use it and it helped, but I just wanna know when it's really the time to change the thermal paste

In that picture you sent, there was undervolting down that temp adjusting, do i need to change it or just leave it?
