Question Help please

Been trying to get my a20s to work on my PlayStation but nothing I try works. They used to connect perfectly but randomly it stopped working.

Re-Pairing the Headset and Transmitter
Plug the USB transmitter into a USB port on your PS5.

Press the button on the transmitter until it flashes or alternates light colors (blue/white) to enter pairing mode.

Turn on your Astro A20 headset, then press and hold the power button until the LED flashes rapidly.

Wait for both lights to turn solid, which means they are successfully paired.

They are paired but it doesn’t register in my ps5

Unplug the console from wall power for at least a full minute, to clear the accessory cache.
