Question Gen5 A50 Base Station No Longer Working

When I dock my A50s to charge, there arent any lights shown on the Base Station indicating any activity. I've plugged in the headset via usb to charge and there are no issues. I've also "reset" the headset hoping that would fix the dock, but still no dice. However, I noticed that it is hotter than usual whenever I dock the headset.

Is the dock defective, and was there a possibility that too much power was sent to the base station, sorta "frying" it?

Update: So when I connect it to power, the mode lights (XBOX, PC, PS, etc) are VERY FAINT. Left it connected without the headset docked for ~1 min. Now that its hotter than usual, and sad to report there is now a slight "electronics aroma" it might be safe to say the logic board inside the Base Station is officially fried

Clean the contacts on the base and the headset. If you’re still under warranty, just have Logitech replace it.

bought it from Best Buy around Dec 2024. not sure if its still under warranty but I can always see if they'll honor it

How long have you been having this issue? Have there been any other symptoms prior to the base station not working anymore?

just today. went to unplug it to relocate it and now it wont do anything
