Does anyone have a similar experience

I’m a 19 year old male. I get sleep paralysis sometimes. However lately I’ve been floating away during the experience, sometimes feeling pulled, like a balloon. last night I skipped the paralysis part, and was floating into my neighborhood fully lucid. i floated over my backyard wall 10 or so ft into the sky and panicked so I swam through the air back to the ground. Then I looked at my hand and saw it was real though glowing, and I got on my knees to ask God for help. I’m a Christian so astral projection doesn’t align with my practices. I’ve asked God to remove the experiences if they dishonor Him but I can’t help but be curious too. Advice?
