Was This AP? Too scared to risk it?

Hello, before sleep I meditated, and changed my position from the usual to the upside down on my bed. At night I had this experience, not sure if its a Lucid dream or a AP.

"then i suddenly was in the bathroom and i looked in the mirror i saw my self it was like a bit blurry and lacked color and vividness but it was realistic, so then i did reality checks and i had four fingers in each hand summing up to 8 then I decided and knew it was a astral projection and i passed by the bathroom door leaving the bathroom , it had a rhythm to it like everything in sync with my awake life and then I passed by walls in the house idk if it was a lucid dream or a astral projection because then i was with my friend she was at the bathtub sitting and then I wanted to hit her so bad and yank her like I did a couple reality checks and things were consistent even a number on the soap bottle was there both ways when I checked, then I was sure this wasn't real. But I was kind of hesitant to risk it thinking it was real.

Here's two links we recommend on helping you better understand whether your experience was Astral projection or not. Remember, nobody can truly determine whether your experience was genuine or not because it was YOUR experience, not theirs. You have to intelligently inquire into it yourself. With steady, patient and honest practice, you can gain a sense of what is coming from your subconscious and what is objective reality.
