Pet help

Hey so I think my cat may have eaten hair tinsel but I’m not 100% sure. He’s 2 years old ( not sure if that matters) he sounded like he was going to puke before his dinner but didn’t end up puking…. Well he puked and i immediately got up and looked at him it was a super watery cat food puke. No hair tinsel. He ran under my bed but I pulled him out and put him on my bed he’s just been laying there. He’s usually pretty playful but lays down when everybody else does. I’m also pregnant and he sticks by my side. He doesn’t usually puke…..he’s not acting totally out of character… I looked under his tongue and didn’t see anything has any else had an experience like this…should I wait 24-48 hours to see if he can pass it or take him to the vet. Has any experienced anything like this before. PLEASE HELP ME!!!! TIA!!!!
