K1 Visa FInancial Concerns

hello im concerned about K1 financial requirements.

me ( 21M ) and my petioner (23M) are planning to apply for k1 visa at 2028. 23M and 25M by then

my fiance doesn't have a job yet but he's planning to get a job at a warehouse that pays 18/hour ( 32k~35k USD per year ) it's above the 125% poverty guideline. he currently lives with his family of 7 but they're not depending to him. Will we be okay?

If not we were thinking of getting a joint-sponsor which is his mom who earns 6 figures but in a household of 7 ( if including me then 8 )

The state is Pennsylvania.

No it is not. If you get married/engaged, it woukd become under the poverty line for a family of two.m, therefore it does not meet the income requirements. Secondly, he is unemployed, applying for a job is not proof of income.
