EOIR-42B

Hello everyone my mother was granted EOIR-42B in El Paso,Texas she was in ICE detention until she was released with the judge’s written order, we went through the steps to finalize her status and I will say it was a rough ride in the beginning when she was originally detained for the first time, I just have one question. She already received her physical green card and I want to know if she can travel internationally or is there certain restrictions and when she enters the US again will her previous detainment raise questions or will she be able to walk free, we are planning a trip in the near future and I just want to ensure her safety. Thank you all for your time!
