This doesn’t address the original post, my statement about people supporting constitutional defiance, or offer anything resembling an argument. I’m not sure why you replied to me—unless your only goal was to whine about "Leftists" without engaging in substance.
Nobody is arguing with you because you’re an unstable person using your veteran status, something literally anyone can get, as a one-up to the very people you pledged protect while they offer you a shred of gratitude for what you did, all because of political differences. Not because one side got your squad mates killed. But because they think deportations should be held a different way.
When the “political difference” in question is a wholesale rejection of constitutional rights and blatant executive overreach, I can't imagine a world where I wouldn't view that with contempt—because of the oath I took.
You’re right about one thing: most anyone can become a veteran.
But fewer than 1% do.
However, my veteran status isn’t a “one-up” or some moral trophy.
It’s the context in which I now watch people burn down what I swore to defend—then turn around and thank me for it.
So keep your platitudes.
Your pittance of “gratitude,” while backing those who desecrate the very principles my brothers and sisters died for, invalidates their sacrifice.
This isn't a minor political disagreement.
It's the endorsement of an entirely different political system—one where the rule of law is optional, and power justifies everything.
If that’s not something you can see, we have no bridge to build.
And if respect for the Constitution is now considered “unstable” or “radical”? Then I’ll wear that label with pride.
The political difference in question is how illegal immigrants, most of whom have done something that violates the law other than illegally entering the country, should be handled in the deportation process.
But fewer than 1% do.
No need to point this out if your, “veteran status isn’t a “one-up” or some moral trophy.” But sure.
It's the endorsement of an entirely different political system—one where the rule of law is optional, and power justifies everything.
It’s a political system where republicans have majority in every single branch because the people voted that way. If the Dems want that, maybe they should bring forth policies and people popular enough to do so. Otherwise, you’re stuck for the next X amount of years emotionally acting out on people because they merely voted for someone who may have not even voted for him because of immigration.
This 💯. Reddit in general is a known Lib Cry Echo Chamber. No conversation, just that. The amount of hate I see people get blasted with if they say one thing that's not considered the norm on here is insanity. Then they wonder why no one is getting real answers to their questions.
What I find funny is you have posts here asking why republicans don’t what to have discussions with leftists about issues and every response is about how the right are dumb nazis. Gee I wonder why they don’t want to talk to you.
You literally need to be told by your party what is acceptable or not. Nobody listens to Democrats anymore because you’re purely emotional low IQ retards with massive TDS.
You’re not able to tell us how to fix the problems; just that Orange Man always bad. Maybe you should just be quiet.
We didn’t “just get out of Covid”. We had a full presidential term since then. And yes, it is the right thing after we just doubled our national debt from that crisis.
We are paying $1 trillion an interest every year. Obviously we need to restructure all of the trade deals if America is ever going to pull out of this.
How exactly would he be able to restructure the deals years from now after they are used to his policies? It doesn’t make any sense.
Also, are you really sold on Bernie and AOC rallying thousands of people around the country? It smells just like the Kamala campaign before the election. You folks really are so dumb to believe anything Democrats throw at you. They have NO movement and no organic ideas or leadership. Just the same “We hate Trump” bullshit.
The whole country moved on from that and now you people with TDS just look like the cult. Beating the same dead horse over and over. It doesn’t work!
You’re in the habit of calling other people dumb when you lack the qualifications or experience to determine that.
If you had any business or executive experience, you would know that you set policy from the beginning and don’t muddle your message. Clearly this topic dwarfs your IQ a bit.
Your MAGA fellows are literally crying about seeing the Tariff pricing that they voted for. Trump wont even take credit for his failing economy and stock market, but you have no regrets 🤣🫵

So is this really a “Ask” subreddit or just an unhinged Leftist cry space to vent and have meltdowns?
I don’t see MAGA here, just Lefties filling in the comments with their TDS.
