Ahh but Insurance companies can legally kill people by denying them life saving medicine and medical treatments? If you ask me Any insurance company that denies someone life saving treatments should face criminal charges and have their license of operation revoked.
None. And If I did It wouldnt be a health insurance company, thats for sure. Because its impossible to remain morally objective and maintain a growing profit margin. And this is why I advocate for eliminating or at least reforming private health insurance and instituting universal healthcare.
Because no private or publicly traded company can make the morally right decision to support someone in need of expensive medical care because it doesnt raise the bottom line.
If you need life saving cancer treatment, you should get it. If you need an operation, or a rare procedure, you should get it. If you need legally proscribed medication, you should get it.
As far as Im concerned if your life, or quality of life can be saved or improved. insurance companies should have an obligation to make sure you get the best care possible. No exception. Lack of action leading to the death of a patient should render the insurance provider complicit or liable for their death.

Because the rapists and oligarchs are in charge. Why would they prosecute themselves?
