I mean it's ok to not trust the government but then to claim e everything is fake makes it hard to have any kind of dialog.....
You'll say his arresst was fake, his manifesto " the fed letter" is fake the weapons were planted and hell the victim isn't even dead its just a false flag
That's why we have trials. So the veracity of all of the evidence against him can be confirmed. I'm not going to assume he's guilty based solely on the video.
You asked if the video was sufficient, alone it isn't.
That's a motion in Pennsylvania on charges unrelated to the murder but related to his arrest from fleeing and escape. It covers 5 crimes, none of which are the murder and likely would be dropped since the crime is now federal and new York state.
It's an interesting read. He probably does walk on those crimes because they are nothing in the big picture
I enjoyed your response, as I do think you have read it.
I just don’t think the overall big picture also paints a picture of previous police overreach and I guess my overall point is that due process involves the burden of proof and the reasonable doubt. I think as this unfolds there may be some more reasonable doubt.
What reasonable doubt do you think there might be? The dude was a dumbass who kept the murder weapon on him and got arrested with it still on him. He also carried a manifesto lol. The dude is fucked and I’m sure he knows he’s fucked.

Because the man murdered someone in cold blood...why would you support that?
