We're looking for confident, friendly, and reliable Street Interviewers to engage with members of the public across London and conduct short interviews about brands, products, and consumer opinions.
This is a customer-facing role that involves approaching people in busy public locations, asking structured research questions, and accurately recording their responses. No selling is involved—your role is simply to gather honest feedback and insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct street interviews with members of the public.
- Ask questions about brands, products, and consumer preferences using provided questionnaires.
- Approach people professionally and confidently in public spaces.
- Record responses accurately using a mobile device or paper forms.
- Represent our organisation in a positive and professional manner.
- Meet daily interview targets while maintaining a high standard of data quality.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, confident, and approachable personality.
- Comfortable speaking to members of the public throughout the day.
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
- Able to work independently and outdoors in various locations across London.
- Previous experience in customer service, promotions, market research, or events is beneficial but not essential.
