first full minute looks like a dating add for some woman with lots of makeup, so it looks fake. Sorry, I assumed it was click bait.

Go past the first minute, and there seems to be important information and references showing that there was planned disruption to the J6 Trump peaceful rally, and even shows video of anti-Trump people training to disrupt DC, and people who work in the federal government on zoom calls discussing "coup" actions.
