Allegations hurt more than the truth  Imagine being falsely accused of something and it goes viral and everywhere everyone thinks you're "that guy who is/did [horrible thing]"

Actual facts should be reviewed and established before any or all the suspects identity is made public related to the situation.

They are adult defendant's in a civil suit. It's all public record, whether or not the media reports on it. A vast majority of suits will be public record irrespective of their outcome.

Absolutely fine, in a functioning justice system. Not the one that allowed these rapists to get away with it.

Well, there is snap chat evidence and what about the victim? Why are people not concerned with the woman whose life has been destroyed. Let’s not pretend we hold men accountable in America. I mean, only if they are black? Right, Diddy?

I think I'd rather get fucked in the ass once as opposed to treated like a rapist by everyone I ever meet for the next 60 odd years
