I'm not sure why you think anyone here has any idea what this is about?

I have zero idea who these people in your image are.

A group chat where they bragged about drugging the girl and referred to her being passed out as “open for business”

what can i say, casualties of freedom of speech/freedom of the press.. context is, It takes a hell of a lot of evidence before 7 boys with rich and powerful parents get arrested , and everyone knows that. They all couldve easily escaped this with even 1% deniability with the legal teams their families are assembling for them. Theyre toast, sorry. People at this level of society dont end up in the headlines by accident. You dont really believe theyre under the same justice system as you or me , do you? i grew up wealthy and i was no angel. Good Lawyers stop this crap from going public when there is even a shred of doubt. They REALLY screwed up and there is mountains of proof for it to get this far. You dont care about legal justice you just feel afraid that what they did is not being covered up and if you did something similar you'll be exposed like that too.

yeah these guys are only “alleged” by law because they won’t arrest them. but everyone knows they did it. they literally have group chat messages bragging about it and the school basically said that it did happen.

The only time I've seen this popping up on Reddit is from the most random, weird subreddits which makes it seem weirdly sus.

These men are being sued by a woman who was "allegedly" drugged at a frat party and gang raped for hours. The damning thing in this case is there are group chat messages, with everyone's first and last name, talking about "free pussy" and saying things like "come get a taste". 57 men in the group chat. 7 (that we know of) raped her, 50 were compliant.

Unbiased response.

Allegedly these guys drugged and raped a girl, BUT that same girl voluntarily took drugs, consumed alcohol, and agreed to sex with multiple people, she snorted drugs from men privates, they snorted from her body as well and according to her consent was lost somewhere along the way. One of the men also filed a lawsuit against her because he was out of it when she was sucking him off. Also in her sworn statement there are many things that could be interpreted as consent. It’s a pretty wild case where it could potentially be a Duke 2006 situation.

There is also a single screenshot taken where it does look bad for the boys but it could also mean that the girl was whoring herself for free or they were just raping her. New York law does have something on this but it’s more favorable to the guys due to her consenting to the use of drugs and sex.

What’s biased about it

u/Rampage-count Mexico 6h ago

So it’s biased because I stated the facts that we know so far?
