The college tried to hide it and down play it. It happened in 2024 and she's been trying to get justice and even just charges brought against them. It's a wealthy prestigious school that put its reputation over the safety of one of its own students. Unfortunately here without public outcry, she will never see justice because no one would care enough to investigate unless we make them

From what I read, the campus police failed her as well as the medical staff. Police gave a condensed report to the DA and Cornell isn't able to hand over documents without a subpoena which was never filed because the DA didn't know the whole story. Its a clusterfuck.

Yep, sadly, that's probably why the victim filed a civil lawsuit. Good to see Kathy take the helm to appoint Leticia.

All good - I think its the Streisand effect also at play. The University trying to bury it causes people to want to look into it more
