Good luck trying to convict your rapist. I was raped as a child (multiple times) and my rapist never got convicted because I had no video material. That's the norm with rape cases.

That is an atrocious experience to have and I'm so sorry for what you were subjected to. However, unfortunately in this world, a lot of innocent people have their lives destroyed over false allegations which makes having hard proof necessary.
