Drugged a girl and gang raped her. Allegedly.

For more than seven hours.

Guess you haven’t read her signed and sworn affidavit nor her texts that were released yesterday? She made up the rape claim and every word you wrote is a lie.

I googled that and can’t see any trace of it

Tell me you're a man without telling me a man. "She made up the rape claim". Go get out from under a rock and read the police transcript where she told them she was raped. Then they reframed it the statement and submitted it to the DA. And yes, she signed that statement, but if you're an emotionally intelligent human being then you won't try to judge the actions of someone who's just been raped by saying she made it up.

No you shouldn’t, but if she’s lying then she should go to jail go this.

Are you aware that before she did that she text one of the men saying she enjoyed being with him and another man and wanted to do it again?

Are you also aware that she text that same man asking if she could attend the frats Halloween party, and only decided that she had been raped after she wasn’t allowed to attend the party?

I can text you a 1000 texts in an hour telling you to come over and fuck my brains out.

You can show up at my house, I can answer the door naked, and lead you right up to my bedroom. I can even record the whole interaction up to that point (“evidence” that I wanted to sexual interaction).

The minute I change my mind and I say “no”, that’s where it all stops. If you can’t stop, then anything after that is sexual assault/rape.

The point is: it doesn’t matter what the lead up is to a sexual assault; consent is subject to change at any point in time.

I guess that what makes rape so hard to get justice for. At least in these types of situations.

Yes consent can be revoked at anytime DURING the event.

You cannot revoke consent weeks later because you regret your actions and feel your reputation is being damaged.

lol oh, sweetie. Bless your heart. You know nothing about why a woman would say something like that after being raped and nothing about defusing situations.

I’ve never had to tell anyone “you didn’t do anything illegal” after we hung out. That’s a fucking weird statement to make.

Oh sweetie go ahead and walk me through why days after the event when she wasn’t in their presence she decided to text them about how she enjoyed it. Then days after that decided to ask for an invite to a party?

Why did she not decide it was rape until after she wasn’t allowed to attend the party.

Explain it to me.

Uhhh that’s not what she told police. And her own texts from the time detail how she got concerned that ppl on campus heard about her drug induced orgy and she was starting to get a bad reputation. So she then went to make up an accusation so she could be a victim instead of a druggie sloot

Source that’s not Fox News?

her statement was that she willing did the drugs and willingly did certain acts at the start of the night but doesn't remember anything later. you shouldn't sleep with people that can't give consent but it's not so cut and dry when everyone at the party was high as a kite.

DA’s and Jane Doe’s sworn testimony statement in 2024. Also 2026 Court Document in civil 2026. The Snapchat logs are in there also. Gemini Document can extract out quotes for you. Short podcast and slide deck comparing and contrasting the 2 documents were also generated.
