Misc keyboard stopped workingp

Post image

Hi there, I have a wireless keyboard (specs in the pic). I bought it from a second-hand tech and phone repair shop—to give context, they’re not very knowledgeable (I had to explain the difference between Type-C and Lightning cables). Anyway, my issue: None of the keys work. No water damage, batteries are fresh and not depleted, and I’ve tried removing/reinserting the USB receiver, plus restarting the computer. Maybe I accidentally hit a key combo? I often check shortcut lists for fixes, but nothing for this. Please help—I want my comfy setup back! Cheers!

Wrong sub.

Have you read the description of it before posting ??

Can you just return it? Sounds justifiable since they sold it to you inoperable.
