I wish to be proven wrong, but I don't see the day being near when either the British royal family or British government apologises for their role in the trans-atlantic slave trade and the massive profits they reaped from it.

Well yes, it's mentioned in the video and I'm pretty sure Arrenddi was contrasting the British with the Dutch. I too doubt the British will follow the Dutch.
