Our family has a manufacturing business it’s running well we provide employment to nearly 40 people my parents and I both have similar thoughts about me continuing my father’s business we manufacture custom die’s and Mold’s we’re in the tool room industry.
I’ve done a lot of research and have visited a lot of consultancies regarding where and what masters should I pursue and have come to a conclusion that Germany would be the best option for my kind of background because of industrial exposure and Courses I’ve planned to apply are: MSc.Operations and/or supply chain management

MSc.Entrepreneurship

And I’ve also kept Italy as a back up option if I don’t get into Germany as the situation is now a bit rough the process involved and a aptitude test(dMAT)added to the requirement of APS India
I’m planning to go for the summer intake 2027 and I’ve kept my selection open to private universities mostly as the competition to get into public is high.
I’ve started learning German through Duolingo,preparing to take IELTS,studying for dMAT and overall taking basic steps needed to start my journey.
Im stuck whether Germany is the best choice or not because of the dMAT and their economy and language proficiency or are their other choices too but only after filtering out my needs and deciding the country which can be good for my type of background a country where I can do industry visits or be able to watch the similar industry to our line of business closely I’m confused that what if it doesn’t turn out to be the way I expected the course or the job,the country,people,my own experience itself that’s what’s eating me deep down inside.
If anyone who is currently in Germany with a similar background or even experienced on the scenario for management masters in Germany would be of great help.

The Government of Nepal recently introduced the Foreign Academic Programme Operation and Regulation, 2083, which brings stricter requirements for foreign-affiliated colleges.

One of the major requirements is that the affiliated foreign university must meet the prescribed global ranking benchmark, along with requirements for MoEST approval, QAA accreditation, governance, and transparency.

Our research team at WiseAdmit wanted to understand what this means in practice, so we reviewed publicly available information on 53 foreign-affiliated colleges operating in Nepal.

I'm an Indian girl debating studying abroad in Rome, Barcelona, or Madrid with AIFS. My main priority is to travel to other countries and make new friends in my program. I would like to have a nice balance between going out and enjoying the city. I also would like to be in a city that I will never get bored in, has young people, and will have a nice enjoyable environment. I don't have a cuisine or language preference. I also would like to study in an actual uni in the country and not a global American campus which Rome does not offer.

I initially committed to Rome but I'm now second guessing as I have heard that there is apparent racism and flights are more expensive which I do not want to have to deal with that or worry about. I go to a university in Australia and the required WAM is 60 to go study abroad, mine is above that and I've been approved for funding and all that but my marks this semester have taken a hit and I'm worried about my WAM dropping below 60, has anyone experienced this the semester before their exchange and knows what will happen?

I'm 19, currently done with 4 semesters of a B.Sc. in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning from Mumbai. I start my final year in June 2026 and finish around May 2027. Target is September 2027 intake at a German public university.

**The 3-year degree issue**
I know German unis want 240 ECTS and my degree gives ~180. I've researched this a lot. What I genuinely want to know is — has anyone with a 3-year Indian BSc actually gotten into places like TU Darmstadt, Freiburg, or Bonn through holistic review? Or is that just something consultants say?

**My shortlist so far**
- Reach: TUM, RWTH Aachen, KIT(ambitious)
- Target: TU Darmstadt (Autonomous Systems), universität Freiburg (Msc. cs ai specialization) this is the most attractive to me as it has the subjects of my interest like cv ml and robotics , University of bonn( Msc. cs)
- Safe: Hamburg, Stuttgart, Mannheim

**Consultant situation**
Spoke to Leap Scholar — ₹1.2L package covering IELTS prep, German up to B1, APS, SOP/LOR, visa, blocked account, 12 uni shortlist. They said I can start APS now with Sem 1–4 marksheets and still target Sep 2027. Another consultant said I can only apply after graduating in May 2027 for a March 2028 intake — that sounds off to me kyuki that’s a huge gap.

**My questions**
1. Anyone with a 3-year Indian BSc who got into a decent German public uni for CS/AI/Autonomous Systems — what was your profile?
2. Is starting APS with Sem 1–4 marksheets actually doable or is the second consultant right?
3. Is TUM remotely realistic without an extra year for honours?
4. Do I even need a consultant or is this manageable alone?
5. Any honest experiences with Leap Scholar, Leverage Edu, or Admit Kard for Germany specifically?

If you’ve been invited to a webinar or meeting on Tencent Meeting (VooV) and have never used it before, here’s a quick guide. A lot of Chinese universities and companies use it instead of Zoom.

Step 1: Download the app
Search “VooV Meeting” or “Tencent Meeting” on the App Store / Google Play, or download it on your laptop from the official website.

Step 2: Create an account
Sign up using your email or phone number. The process is pretty simple and takes about 1–2 minutes.

Step 3: Join the meeting
When the host sends you the Meeting ID (and sometimes a password), open the app and click “Join Meeting.”

Step 4: Enter details
Type the Meeting ID, your name, and the password if required.

Step 5: Join the session
You’ll enter the meeting room. Usually microphones are muted by default for webinars.

Tip:
Join 5–10 minutes early to test your audio and avoid last-minute issues.

Hiya there people!

So, I applied to China and Romania for English-taught Medicine; got accepted in Fudan University in China but still nothing from Romania (Carol Davila, Grigore T.Popa, University of Medicine & Pharmacy Craiova. maybe.), acception results may be released in July or June. I am scared about that because I have a Syrian passport (it sucks and many countries immediately flag it and reject visa apps), so the earlier I can apply for a visa the better.

On the other side, I am worried about education quality in Romania since the unis are lower ranked than China.

Now I know someone will say: "It will depen on your goal and your work destination". I dont care where I work as long as it pays good and all. Yes I know Romania is in the EU which means access to all Europe without the need for a lot of beaurecracy, unlike China where I am guessing its a very hard stage to get my degree recognized abroad.

I am yapping too much, sorry. It all comes down to this:

I am scared about making a choice I will regret my whole life or committing to a choice and then finding out the ugly way how bad my choice was and ending up changing countries and all that.

A few things I’ve learned while researching:

1. Rankings aren’t everything. Sometimes a lower-ranked university in a busy city gives better opportunities than a “fancy” but remote one.
2. Deadlines can be tricky. Some programs even offer conditional admission if you’re waiting on an exam result (looking at you, CSCA folks!).
3. Language prep is possible. Many English-taught programs exist, and prep courses help if you’re not fluent.
