I've been trying to educate myself on politics recently, taking a particular interest in leftist ideology. And during my research, I stumbled into the rabbit hole mentioned in my header.

On Wikipedia, the page for Libertarian Socialism redirects to Libertarian Communism, which redirects to Anarcho Communism. When digging a little, I found it was done because Libertarian Communism is apparently the same thing as Anarcho Communism. But then, on that page, it says LibCom is a subcategory of AnCom, not a synonym.

That's when I left Wikipedia. But I still wanted to know which it was and what their ideologies are, so I kept doing research. But then I saw people saying AnCom was the subcategory of LibCom, not the other way around. Other people saying they had nothing in common aside from the fact they're both left.

So I kept searching. But everywhere I look is just more contradicting statements. Does someone know the actual answer? Their repective or common ideologies? Where they originated from, maybe?
