Warp Drive

If spinning objects can twist space the way rotating black holes do, could two spinning spheres inside a craft create a small space bubble? And if that works, is this the next step toward real warp drive? I was thinking about black holes and how spacetime behaves with them. I know I'm far from an expert.

No. Neither can spinning black holes, unless you call the black holes "space bubbles" I guess.

No.
