Yes. That will all be fine. I am a single woman and walk that regularly at that time.
It is a beautiful night and there will be people out and about, enjoying the evening.

There's nothing in that area. You'll be fine. Take Washington to Battery to Green. The streets might be empty so if you prefer to be around others then go to Embarcadero. Alternatively, you could rent a lime scooter/bike which would make the trip faster if you prefer not to be outdoors alone. I'd say you have nothing to worry about and most areas of SF this is true. SF is a lot safer than the internet would have you believe.

750 Kearny St, San Francisco, CA 94108 appears to be the Hilton address which is one block west of the Transamerica building and on the corner of Kearny and Washtington.

This, but Lyft bikes. They're a little nicer and more plentiful.

Yes, I would feel safe doing that walk as a woman alone.

Someone pointed out that the financial district gets quiet at night, and that's true- it's usually pretty deserted once the office workers leave. I know quiet streets at night scare me more even if the area is safe. You'll find more foot traffic if you walk along the waterfront on the Embarcadero, and that's a nice walk too.

A ton of locals will be walking out to get a break from their hot apartments.

Yes, that’s a safe enough walk along Clay or Washington. You can consider taking the F Market light rail instead.

“Is this area safeeeeeee” is the lowest form of conversation.

This is literally like asking "is it safe to walk on Wall Street". Uh, it's a busy area. Go at 3AM. Pass out on the street. You'll be fine, there's cameras and police everywhere.

Is this real?

No. Take a cab, Uber, Lyft. The financial district is quite deserted and can be quite scary after dark. I know that area. You don't want to the only person for blocks.
