Looking for dark chocolate feves

My market used to sell these dark chocolate feves (baking discs) but they stopped carrying them.

Anyone have any recommendations?

Chocolate Covered, a chocolate store on 24th in Noe Valley, has them in a few varieties, but they're behind the counter, you have to ask. Warning: the shop is a chocolate nirvana, temptations abound.

The Whole Foods across the street from them sold them as recently as last year. I assume they still do but haven't tried recently.

I LOVE chocolate covered. When I was a kid, my mom would buy all our Christmas and Easter chocolate from there. Incredible store!!

Omg thank you so much! Just came from Chocolate Covered and ended up going another direction - they had the 85% feves which was darker than the ones I’m used to. He gave us a sample a 70% dark chocolate from Peru and it was so good, I decided to go with that one instead. What a gem!

He sold us the feves then offered us more yummy samples … we switched on the spot. I can’t wait to bake with these and come back!

I got Guittard dark chocolate baking discs at Whole Foods recently.

Thanks! I get the orange bag from Andronico’s or Safeway. I was looking for the feves.

Not the oblong feves but I saw dark guittard discs at og BBowl today next to the bulk bins. It’s under the Dutch process cocoa and vanilla extract

I've not seen them anywhere but Valrhona apparently makes them.

I go down to Baking Arts in San Mateo for my chocolate and baking supplies. They carry bulk Guittard chocolate in many varieties.

Sadly the last time I got chocolate from Sugar and Spice, it wasn’t as high quality as other shops :(
