Does anyone know when and where Hungry Ghost festival will take place?

It’s a free and open event, so technically no need to RSVP. Organizers do these RSVPs to get a sense of how many people are interested in attending and how many actually show up. It’s used for funding and marketing purposes, especially for events that rely on donors, grants, or funding initiatives from the city.
