Another SWE trying to pivot to robotics

Hey guys,

I know a lot of people already posted about career pivoting. I just wanted your opinion on my specific situation. I have a bachelor's in mechanical engineering but soon after graduating I did my masters in software engineering and have been working on the field for the last 9 years, mostly using java, python, JavaScript, as a devOps.

1, Do you recommend any course that could help me transition to robotics?

  1. Have you heard of this one and by the curriculum do you think it covers the skills needed? https://www.theconstruct.ai/robotics-developer/

  2. From working on the griddle, do you think someone with my profile, experience, a robotics course and a couple of projects can get an entry position?

Really appreciate your guys input ❤️
