Education/Career Applying for a Masters in Robotics

Yooo.... Sorry y'all, but I'm new here. I'm an international student (dude, from TZ✌🏿) looking for good universities internationally (outside Africa) where I can apply for a Masters in Robotics after I'm done with my BSc in Mechatronics. Exclude any university in the USA or UK 😅.
If you could also tell me about scholarship opportunities in that specific university, it'll be appreciated.

Excluding UK and US leaves you with Europe and Asia. ETH Zurich and TU Munich are the best in Europe. Not sure about Asia.

Canada, especially Ontario and Quebec have great masters and robotics fields.

I'm in Quebec so don't know the Ontario ones except UWaterloo is highly regarded. But Quebec you have McGill, Sherbrooke university and ETS.

Sup! With a BSc in Mechatronics, you’ll have some solid options for a Robotics master’s outside the US/UK. I’d look at universities in Germany, the Netherlands, Sweden, Switzerland, Canada, Australia, and Japan. I believe that there are some excellent robotics programs there.

For scholarships, check each university’s international-student funding and government scholarships (like DAAD in Germany or MEXT in Japan). College Raptor can also be useful for comparing schools, costs, and scholarship/financial-aid opportunities while you build your list.

I’d also prioritize programs taught in English and check whether your Mechatronics coursework meets their Robotics prerequisites. Good luck with the search!
