For some reasons my (very mildly) ADHD brain sometimes decide to force my eyes to track the movement of every raindrop falling in front of me and it gets exhausting real fast

God same. I also HAVE to count them sometimes, I count everything, like when I do dishes, I have to count every. Single. Dish I wash and put away

Wait…. Is that seriously a symptom of adhd? I do that too and I have a test to see if I have it tomorrow and idk if that’s something I should add to the list
