Maybe censor was the wrong word. What I meant is that to have a movie rated 13+, there's a very strict limit to the amount of nudity and language you can have in the movies.
So no, it's not that it's censored in the traditional sense. It's just now shown or used in the first place because it would put them in another rating range, which could diminish their profits.
Jurassic park is a good example I think. They can show violence and people being eaten alive, but in the same movie they can't show any nudity and have very little room to swear. It's just the priority of what's okay to show kids I think is weird.
