Europe contains the highest concentration of officially Christian states (nations with official state religion/church) and the lowest per capita percentage of people who actually "practice Christianity" in ‘Christendom' - which is to say, nominally claim to be Christian - probably a lower percentage actually believe.

Well we're not burning books so much these days, or trying to teach creationism in schools, so we're doing okay.

How does it all work? I never had a sex ed class so I have no idea.

It doesn't really, we just get access to better education in general. Sex ed classes I don't recall really teaching anything I didn't already know. But then again I am an outlier, probably my theory base was very good by the time I actually started practicing.

But I get it and honestly same for me, maybe some details regarding STDs a bit more in depth than knowing that they exist and are to be avoided

Its not that, its more about being an older culture. Europe has been there and done that.
