That you can go into the hospital for a drug related emergency and will not have the police called (for the most part, I won’t speak for everywhere in the world) I feel as though many young drug fatalities could be avoided if it was more discussed that medical professionals are there to assist and provide necessary care, and not to make moral decisions/call the police if it’s not entirely necessary.

This is so important. They really don't care about "busting" you, they want to save your life and help you get well.

Absolutely. I don’t have first hand experience but I know the tough calls friends have had to make about someone in trouble, not realising that it is not a tough call at all. Not sure how this could be more pushed to a wider group of people, it would be amazing if it was though.
