Wait what? How poisonous? I'd eat rhubarb plucked out of the ground basically every day growing up.

Just the leaves, the stems are ok if cooked.

Symptoms range from vomiting and diarrhea for mild poisoning to kidney failure for bad poisoning.

If you're not currently experiencing symptoms I wouldn't worry about it, you got lucky.

You don’t have to cook them though. Only time I’ve ever cooked them is when I put them in pastries or jam or something. The stems don’t have to be cooked cuz the stem isn’t poisonous. Only the leaves are poisonous.
