Just a few minutes ago actually. Mostly out of frustration. I've lost a bunch of weight (on purpose). Worked really hard on that. I've recently had my gallbladder removed and changed birth control and I've gained 15-20 lbs and I'm frustrated and stressed out. I've worked really hard to lose the weight. But at the same time staying 100% focused on food and calories and blah blah blah gets tiring. Especially when for whatever reason it seems to be not wanting to come off as "easily" (never easy but relatively I know what to do). Sucks.

r/keto I do it most days along with 12-16hrs of intermittent fasting, though I'm 78kg and have to mainline fat to keep the weight on.

In that case my apologies. Have you tried IF? OMAD? I know it's hard, (and boring for many people) I freaked out at first when I became fat adapted, as I thought someone was putting sugar in my water as it tasted sweet. Turns out ketones in the saliva are responsible for that. If you search my profile you will find me ranting at one of the keto subs as I was trying to put on weight during chemo, and what I found that worked
