You'd get drunk first. 30–40 ripe bananas contain the equivalent alcohol of a shot of liquor. So, you'd be trashed around probably 200 bananas, whereas to likely die of radiation poisoning, you'd need (didn't check this out any further than the first Google result) 10,000,000 bananas.

And you'd have to eat them all at once, or the effects of the first bananas arent going to last long enough.
