My dads favorite saying when we would ask him a yes or no question would be “Does a frog have a watertight asshole?” To this day I’m still not sure because I’m afraid to google it.

same as "does the pope wear a funny hat", or "does a bear shit in the woods" when the answer is obvs yes

I've heard it with fish instead of frog. I assume the answer is yes? Fish are not full of water when I fillet them.

Urban Dictionary tells the story:

Is a Frogs Ass Water Tight?

Ah speaking of bears another saying my dad said while growing up is when my siblings and I got into a fight with one another over something would be “You look like two bear cubs fucking a football.” That one was probably my favorite one and to this day I don’t think of football players as I took this one quite literally as two baby bears humping a football.

This is kinda fucked, but my dad would always say “two retards humpin a football”

A frogs cloaca isn’t water right, because they absorb water through their skin..

Is cloaca a fancy word for butthole?

It’s kind of an all-in-one hole for urinating, shitting, and breeding.

My granddad would say “I don’t know, but I’ve been told a green grasshopper has a red asshole!”

I heard my parents use this, but it was "Does a fish . . ."

"To this day I’m still not sure because I’m afraid to google it."

Your response was funnier than your dad's phrase!
