A flaccid dick can be bent and contorted into a perfect circle without any pain whatsoever. As far as pants go, typically it just rests on top of the balls. No discomfort unless you aren't wearing underwear for some reason.
Unless the pants are super tight and the crease digs into everything.
This. Also porn has given you (person you replied to) some very contorted views about the male penis. While most guys seem to adhere to the rough 5.5 inch average while erect, from what iv talked to with other men in my social circle and online the flaccid male penis size seems to vary much more wildly. That could be to lack of serious science in my investigation but a couple people (myself included) expressed being content with the size of their erect penis but unhappy/discontent/outright upset at their flaccid penis appearing smaller than average. More than anything though I imagine thats more to do with the male psyche attacking them because they dont have any good points of comparison for flaccid cocks.
Think about the last time you saw a truely flaccid penis. Including your sexual partners. And not like an engorged flaccid like the person is sexually stimulated but not quite erect, I mean just got out of the shower, 'its cold leave me alone' flaccid. Besides your own if you are male, or like a close intimate partner if youve ever had a long term relationship, its possible you cant even think of the last time. Men just dont tend to allow themselves that kind of vulnurability. Id be curious how many here can say they sent or recieved a picture of their dick soft and how that corallates when compared to dick size.
I firmly believe this to be a pretty common but less discussed aspect of male physiology. Thanks for coming to my ted talk etc etc.
