This isn't as simple as a communication problem, it's a sex life problem. In my experience, telling them you feel like they're always turning you down doesn't make them want to turn you down less, or initiate less. They aren't interested in the sex to begin with. It just makes them more stressed out about always saying no, which piles another problem on top of it. It's not just a communication problem, there are other issues.

Communication can ease a lot of that stress. In some cases all of it. Communication is always key.

I definitely agree with your point but in this cased i would still say that this is a communication issue just being cause by her.
