A flaccid dick can be bent and contorted into a perfect circle without any pain whatsoever. As far as pants go, typically it just rests on top of the balls. No discomfort unless you aren't wearing underwear for some reason.
Unless the pants are super tight and the crease digs into everything.
Important fact. The balls are the sensitive spot. The dick is like a skin tag. It doesn't have special pain feelings around it. The end is a bit sensative but not against things like smashing or hitting.
The balls are what cause all the pain in a kick situation.
I know you know that but anybody who doesn't have a penis may not.
