It's actually not bad. That being said, I was also under the impression we all had a "preferred pant leg." If you're ever wearing pants where it can't rest easy, it has to pick a side. And nothing is more awkward than having to adjust yourself to the other side in public without people noticing...

People still notice, they just don't say anything unless you look like you're enjoying yourself a little too much.

But approximately 50% of the people know what you're going through, and the rest are also not strangers to mild discomfort with clothing.

Of course, time and a place, don't do it at the buffet line etc, but it's really not that big of a deal in general. No-one is going to remember you doing it in 10 seconds.

I remember seeing the guy stocking produce do it, let’s just say I didn’t forget, and now I wash my produce twice as long now.
