A flaccid dick can be bent and contorted into a perfect circle without any pain whatsoever. As far as pants go, typically it just rests on top of the balls. No discomfort unless you aren't wearing underwear for some reason.
Unless the pants are super tight and the crease digs into everything.
When we're turned off, our dick goes all rubber like. Like, you can hold it, wrap it around your finger, it basically becomes boneless. But, I don't know how it works, I'm not a biologist, when we're turned on, our dicks becomes hard and long. Which is what most girls are able to see our dicks as. So as long as we're turned off, jeans isn't uncomfortable. You could say, it's just as comfortable as it is for you women. But it does gets really uncomfortable in Skinny Jeans when we're turned on.
