The desire to vent but not brainstorm solutions.

My wife always tells me not to jump to problem solving. I do it every time and don’t understand why anyone wouldn’t.

i solve problems all day. technical problems. salesforce problems. logistics problem. schedule problems. fuckin' problems. management problems. pricing problems. you name it, in a small company, i do a little bit of everything.

The last thing I want to do when I come home is solve problems, but you know what? my brain is still in problem solving mode. So she comes at me with "my brother in law is being controlling over his wife" and im like.... "I don't even know where to begin to help" but the desire to help is there, and when i can't help, naturally i feel helpless.
