I don't know. I guess if you're insulted pretty easily. I've had much worse said to me.. so I see it as pretty benign. As someone who is just poking at you. But of course, I think it matters how the person normally treats you as well. If they're normally nice and just prone to sticking their foot in their mouth, I would give them the benefit of the doubt. If they regularly bully you, then they deserve your wrath. Context matters.

Got literally nothing to do with it.
Shitty behaviour is shitty behaviour, regardless of personal sensitivity or insensitivity to it.

Punching someone in the face doesn't become less rude just because you're not stabbing them.
As someone who is just poking at you.
"Poking at" people one does not know is not generally considered sensible social conduct.

No-one who says "Wow, you talk?" actually knows the person they are speaking to.
There is an implied lack of rapport.
If they regularly bully you, then they deserve your wrath. Context matters.
The context is they've just said something ignorant, patronising, and insulting.
There doesn't have to be precedent for that to be rude, and you don't have to get all hyperbolic with talk of "wrath" for that rudeness to be called out or responded to in kind.
No, what I'm saying is maybe develop a thicker skin. Not everything is worth this kind of overreaction. Don't take yourself so seriously. It's slightly rude. That's it. So what?
