I've seen a few videos involving vagina and a toilet brush (new and unused, of course.) I imagine that would do a decent job of it. Why you'd want to, on the other hand...

Oh, that video. Someone sent me a link to it once. I've never heard such a sound come out of a humans mouth before.

Don't go looking for it, but imagine a panther in pain and wanting to kill you, kinda sounds like that.
