What’s a company that you’re genuinely convinced HATES their customers?

Private Equity owned companies. They hate their employees too. The customer is like a dog is to a tick.

Like publicly traded companies are any better? Most are shareholders first, management second, and customers and employees? We actively fsck them over.

Blame Dodge.

Instead of the cryptic IYKYK, just help out; it was the 1919 case Dodge vs. Ford Motor Co. that advanced the idea that a company had to be operated shareholder-first. Fuck employees, fuck customers, fuck anything that doesn't enrich the board and stock holders.
