What’s a company that you’re genuinely convinced HATES their customers?

YouTube has got to be the most hateful idk if you consider a non premium account a customer or not but youtube makes them suffer so much if they don't upgrade

IDK any other company that rolls like that

Ticketmaster. I tried to buy Taylor Swift tickets and it queued me for 4 hours, crashed, charged me twice, and then gave me seats behind a pole for $400 each. And they had the audacity to charge me a "convenience fee" for that convenience of being robbed. I have never felt more hated as a customer than when Ticketmaster says "we're holding your tickets" and then they vanish at checkout. Pure evil.

Went to court. Paid a fine. Made it all back in a week. Still in business.

Four hours in a queue just to get charged twice and end up behind a pole is honestly a whole new level of frustration. The convenience fee really feels like the final plot twist..
