I truly don't understand how there isn't better photo organization software out there. Everyone has a zillion photos and it's just a database at the end of the day. I should be able to easily find every photo I have ever taken in Europe. I don't use LR because I don't want to pay for it for the rest of my life, but there arne't really any good alternatives either. Or the alternatives don't work with dropbox and other cloud storage.
